Terms of Use
These Terms are an agreement between you and Saz3 Labs concerning Drivers Copilot. By selecting Agree and Continue, you confirm that you are at least 18, can enter this agreement, and accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Decision-support only
Drivers Copilot is an educational and informational decision-support tool. It provides estimates and recommendations based on information Android makes available and the goals and cost assumptions you enter. Results may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or wrong. Drivers Copilot is not financial, tax, legal, employment, platform-account, or safety advice. You remain responsible for every driving, acceptance, rejection, navigation, account, and business decision.
Use at your own risk. Do not rely on Drivers Copilot as a guarantee of earnings, profitability, offer detection, safe operation, or the status of your Uber or other platform account.
No automated platform control
Drivers Copilot does not accept or decline offers, simulate taps, sign into a gig platform, or guarantee detection of an offer. Do not use it in a way that violates another service's terms, law, or Android policy.
Safe use
Obey traffic laws and never interact with the app while driving when doing so would be unsafe or illegal. Configure the app before driving and rely on concise guidance only when safe.
Independent product
Drivers Copilot is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Uber. Uber and Android can change without notice, which may interrupt or alter Drivers Copilot's operation.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Drivers Copilot lawfully. You may not misuse the app, bypass security, interfere with other services, distribute malware, impersonate another person, or reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits.
Your local data
You retain ownership of your information and authorize the app to process it as described in the Privacy Policy. This build has no account or cloud-reporting feature. You can remove its private local data from the Settings screen.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRIVER COPILOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, EARNINGS, OR DETECTION PERFORMANCE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAZ3 LABS AND ITS DEVELOPERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; FINANCIAL LOSS; LOST EARNINGS; MISSED OR UNPROFITABLE OFFERS; FARES, FEES, OR VEHICLE COSTS; SUSPENSION, RESTRICTION, DEACTIVATION, OR LOSS OF AN UBER OR OTHER PLATFORM ACCOUNT; DATA LOSS; VEHICLE OR PROPERTY LOSS; PERSONAL INJURY; DRIVING-RELATED LOSS; OR ANY OTHER LOSS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO DRIVER COPILOT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR DRIVER COPILOT IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR US $25.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty or liability exclusions. These limits apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law and do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where such an exclusion is prohibited.
Termination, changes, and contact
You may stop using Drivers Copilot at any time. We may update these Terms as the app changes, and material changes may require renewed acceptance. These Terms are governed by New York law except where local law requires otherwise. Questions: saz3labs@gmail.com.
